Created as a circle hook with no offset, The Shrimp Walker is also a carbon steel hook, plated black nickel. This formulation allows for the hook to quickly rust and dissolve in salt water if the line breaks leaving the hook stuck in the fish's mouth.
The hook will, in a matter of weeks rust out of the fish's mouth.

Two elements create rust on your hooks, moisture & oxygen.
WHEN YOU'RE DONE FISHING
• Wash your Shrimp Walker hooks and equipment in fresh water.
• Dry hooks and equipment with cotton rags and place in tackle box.
• Place desiccant packets in your tackle box.
These will help keep the moisture out.
